3.2 Account Responsibility

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
3.3 One Account Per User
Each user may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or access limitations is prohibited.
4. Description of Services
Tourismre provides an online learning platform focused on practical workshops, step-by-step assignments, interactive exercises, and collaborative tools in the field of machine learning applied to personalised financial recommendations. The Platform may include video content, reading materials, assessments, live sessions, and community features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time with or without notice.
5. Permitted Use
You may use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial educational purposes, unless you have entered into a separate written agreement with us permitting commercial use. You agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written permission
- Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access or collect data from the Platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure
- Upload, transmit, or distribute any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use Platform content solely for your personal educational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any content.
6.3 User Submissions
If you submit, post, or share any content on the Platform, including assignments, comments, or forum posts, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purposes of operating and improving the Platform. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this licence and that your submissions do not infringe any third-party rights.
7. Fees and Payment

Certain features or courses on the Platform may require payment. All fees are stated at the point of purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the applicable fee to your chosen payment method.
7.2 Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to change pricing for any paid service at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

10.1 No Professional Advice

10.2 Platform Availability
We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free of errors. We may perform maintenance, upgrades, or experience technical failures that temporarily affect access.
10.3 As-Is Basis
The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tourismre and its directors, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim or R500.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tourismre and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Termination
13.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at help@tourismre.com or using the account deletion feature if available. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid unless required by our Refund Policy.
13.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the Platform or other users.
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification, shall survive.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty days of written notice, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or through the courts of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tourismre with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
17. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Tourismre to be effective.
