This Intellectual Property Policy outlines the ownership, permitted use, and protection of intellectual property associated with the Tourismre platform and its services. By accessing or using our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described in this policy.

1. Ownership of Platform Content

All content, materials, and resources made available through the Tourismre platform - including but not limited to course materials, workshop assignments, interactive exercises, instructional text, graphics, audio, video, software, data compilations, and user interface designs - are the exclusive intellectual property of Tourismre or its licensed content providers.

This ownership encompasses all rights protected under applicable intellectual property law, including copyright, trademark, trade secret, and related rights. Nothing in your use of the platform transfers any ownership interest in such materials to you.

2. Trademarks and Brand Identity

The name Tourismre , the domain tourismre.com , associated logos, service names, slogans, and visual identifiers are trademarks or service marks of Tourismre. These marks may not be used in connection with any product, service, or communication in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, that disparages or discredits Tourismre, or that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent.

Third-party trademarks referenced on the platform remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply any partnership, endorsement, or affiliation.

3. License to Use Platform Materials

3.1 Personal, Non-Commercial Use

Subject to your compliance with these terms, Tourismre grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use platform content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not include the right to:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content beyond personal reference
  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on platform content
  • Sublicense, sell, resell, or otherwise commercially exploit any platform content
  • Systematically download, scrape, or extract content to build competing products or services
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

3.2 Scope of License

The license granted under this policy applies only for the duration of your active enrollment or subscription. Upon termination or expiration of your access, the license is automatically revoked and you must cease all use of downloaded or locally stored platform materials.

3.3 No Implied Licenses

No license is implied by conduct, course of dealing, or failure to enforce rights. Any rights not expressly granted in this policy are reserved by Tourismre.

4. User-Generated Content

4.1 Ownership by Users

You retain ownership of original content you create and submit through the platform, including assignment submissions, forum contributions, project files, and collaborative exercise outputs, to the extent such content is independently created by you.

4.2 License Granted to Tourismre

By submitting content to the platform, you grant Tourismre a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, store, display, and distribute such content solely to the extent necessary to operate the platform, deliver services, improve educational experiences, and fulfill technical functions such as backup and content delivery.

This license does not permit Tourismre to commercially resell your submitted content or present it as its own original work.

4.3 Representations Regarding Submitted Content

By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to submit the content
  • Your submission does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
  • Your content does not violate any applicable laws or platform terms

5. Prohibited Activities

If you believe that content you submitted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistaken or misidentified infringement claim, you may submit a counter-notification to the same contact address. Counter-notifications must include equivalent identifying information and a statement, made under applicable legal standards, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error.

6.3 Repeat Infringers

Tourismre reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

7. Third-Party Intellectual Property

The platform may incorporate or reference third-party tools, libraries, datasets, research, or other materials. Such materials remain subject to the intellectual property terms of their respective owners. Tourismre makes no claim of ownership over third-party intellectual property and includes it only under applicable licenses or permissions.

Users are responsible for complying with the terms governing any third-party tools or resources they access through or in connection with the platform.

8. Machine Learning and Data Use

Platform content, user interaction data, and aggregated usage patterns may be used to train, refine, and improve machine learning models that power personalised features on the platform, including financial recommendation systems. • Removal of infringing content without prior notice
  • Legal action seeking injunctive relief, damages, or other remedies available under applicable law
  • Referral to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected

10. Modifications to This Policy
